build it without losing yourself

Coaching for founders who want a business that serves their calling, their family and their character, measured in changed lives, not just revenue.

01

What faith-based business coaching actually means

Most business coaching starts with the number you want and works backwards. Faith based coaching starts one step earlier: who you intend to be by the time you get there, and who is coming with you.

The practical work is the same work any serious operator does: offers, pricing, pipeline, hiring, cash. What changes is the standard you measure it against. A decision that grows revenue while eroding your marriage, your health or your integrity is not a win that has been costed properly.

  • Clarity on calling: what this business is for, in plain words you can repeat under pressure.
  • Operating rhythm: the weekly and monthly cadence that keeps the work from expanding into everything.
  • Money with a conscience: margins, generosity, and what "enough" looks like in numbers.
  • Character under load: how you behave when a launch fails or a key person leaves.
02

Who it is for

Founders and self-employed professionals who are competent but stretched. Couples running a business together and finding that the business has started running them. Leaders who have hit a revenue number and felt nothing.

It is not for someone looking only for tactics. Tactics are freely available and mostly free. Coaching is worth paying for when the bottleneck is judgment, courage or conviction.

How Jack and April work

Jack and April Tu have been building and mentoring since 2010, and have spoken to audiences in more than fifteen countries. They coach as a couple, which means the conversation rarely stays confined to the business, it moves between strategy, marriage, parenting and faith, because in a founder's life those are one system.

Sessions are direct and unhurried. Expect to be asked what you are avoiding, and to leave with two or three commitments rather than a list of twenty.

04

Common questions

Do you have to be a Christian? No. The framework is built on Christian conviction and is spoken about openly, but the practices, clarity, restraint, honest accounting, keeping promises, hold up for anyone willing to be honest.

Is this therapy? No. It is coaching: forward-facing, decision-oriented, and accountable to results you can point at.

How long does it take? Long enough to change a habit, not a weekend. Most meaningful shifts show up over a season, not a session.
